The Recent History of Our Company

In 2006, Barry Cheslin and Kenneth Fund established Think Residential Realty LLC, a boutique real estate agency in Newton Centre, Massachusetts. On February 1, 2008, Think Residential Realty and Preservation Properties in Newtonville merged, and then operated as one firm for a period of twenty-six months. On April 1, 2010, the three owners amicably reestablished their independently owned agencies. The firm became Think Real Estate Services in September, 2010, when it also relocated to larger office space at 191 Sumner Street, Newton Centre, to better accommodate customers and clients. The organization provides a full range of real estate services, including sales, rentals, investment properties, and property management.
